Carthage Municipal Park

Just steps from the historic Route 66, the city of Carthage, MO, set out to create a park that captures the spirit of America’s most iconic highway. The design features a red, white, and blue color palette and custom Route 66 signage that celebrate the community’s proud heritage. A playful “two lane backroad” winds through the playground’s many experiences—spinning, sliding, climbing, and gliding—offering endless opportunities for adventure and fun along this hometown stretch of the Mother Road.
